For a number of years at the top of national critique, we are contributing to the rebirth of winemaking in Romagna. Our story is distinguished by the passion of our family, a family close to the secrets of the grape and to the vicissitudes of the territory. The 15 hectares of vineyards of the Merlotta estate embrace the company headquarters and the winery, lying on the sun drenched slopes of the D.O.C. Colli d’Imola winegrowing area. Other 30 hectares are based in the hills of Castel San Pietro Terme. In these enchanting landscapes, Emilia Romagna confirms itself as the meeting point of culinary and winemaking excellence. Clarity of taste, elegance, oenological cleanness go together to male up the unmistakeable Merlotta style.
