On the gentle slopes of the Roncolo Estate rows of vines extend all around and constitute the heart of the Venturini Baldini agricultural company. For decades this territory has been the abode for grapes cultivated according to the rigid precepts of organic farming, which the company has taken up since 2002, making them the first in Emilia Romagna to have made this step.

This company produces also the TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF REGGIO EMILIA PDO.
