Do I need to print the voucher to be able to attend?

No, you don't need to print your booking confirmation. You can simply show it to the supplier on your phone when you arrive.

How is my payment documented?

Once you have paid the amount due, the system will send you an invoice or another accounting document.

Is it always necessary for me to enter my tax code in the booking form?

Yes.

If I don’t live in Italy, what tax code should I enter?

Simply enter the following text into the booking form: “XXXXXXXX”

How do I cancel a booking that I've already paid for?

Send your request to info@magnetour.it as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the start of the experience.

What happens if I want to cancel my booking within 48 hours of the date of the experience or if I arrive late or don’t show up?

You won’t be entitled to a refund.

How can I make a complaint or flag up a delay from the provider of the service I've bought?

Write an email to info@magnetour.it, including your telephone number, and we’ll be in contact as soon as possible.
